The South Carolina Research Authority partnered with the South Carolina Department of Commerce to host the second annual S.C. Technology B2B Matchmaker event, convening industry leaders, manufacturers, technology companies, and entrepreneurs from across South Carolina for a day centered on collaboration, strategic connections, and innovation-driven growth.
The event created opportunities for South Carolina technology suppliers to meet directly with global manufacturers through targeted matchmaking sessions designed to strengthen relationships, open new business opportunities, and support the continued growth of the state’s innovation economy. There were over 100 meetings between industry leaders, manufacturers, and technology companies.
The industry leaders included AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, Honda, Michelin, Savannah Rever Nuclear Solutions, Samsung, and TTI. Discussions throughout the day highlighted the momentum building across key sectors, including advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, healthcare, energy, cybersecurity, and fintech. The event also featured technology demonstrations, giving companies the opportunity to showcase their innovations to attendees.
