Included in the lease is use of four conference rooms featuring a conference phone, white board, and flat screen for displaying presentations as well as a shared breakroom. SCRA leases are all-inclusive including wireless internet, utilities, and free onsite parking. Additional internet bandwidth, including fiber, is available at your own cost.
