Timothy C. Bradley, CPA, CGMA, is the founder and owner of Bradley & Associates, LLC, providing contract CFO services, financial consulting, and entrepreneurial support to a diverse mix of clients, including biotech, manufacturing, real estate development, and service companies. He brings more than three decades of experience in senior financial and operational leadership roles, with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, public and private capital raising, and business start-ups.
Mr. Bradley previously served as a chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and corporate controller across multiple industries, including manufacturing, real estate development, construction, and technology and has participated in transactions exceeding $1 billion in acquisition value.
