- The Executive Director of an entity that invests in tech start-ups.
A partner of a prominent law firm in South Carolina will cover start-up formation, intellectual property issues, raising capital and accounting and tax considerations. The CEO of a successful start-up company will share his experiences and highlight some emerging issues to consider, and the Executive Director of an entity that provides funding to such enterprises will discuss key insights on the impact of these investments and the primary source of its funding capacity.
