Tech Catalyst Fund 2
The Tech Catalyst Fund provides non-dilutive funding to early-stage medical technology startups developing solutions that improve rural health access across South Carolina.
The Tech Catalyst Fund is one of five initiatives within South Carolina’s Rural Health Transformation Program. SCDHHS has contracted with SCRA to manage and administer the Tech Catalyst Fund.

Due Diligence
For applicants that advance to the Due Diligence review stage, additional documentation will be requested. Refer to the Due Diligence Checklist for more information.
Pitch Days
The culmination of the application and review stages is an invitation to pitch to the Review Committee for funding. Applicants are allowed to edit their pitch decks up to 5 days prior to their scheduled pitch date.
The RHTP is supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $200,030,252.32 with 100% funded by CMS/HHS.
