Community Guidelines
By participating in this HUB, you agree to uphold the following principles:
Respect & Professionalism
Engage with others in a respectful and collegial manner and keep the content related to AI, Technology and Leadership.Thoughtful discussions and differing viewpoints are welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language are not acceptable. If you are pushing boundaries and not sure, please reach out to a HOST or MODERATOR directly for clarification.
Responsible Idea Attribution
When referencing external work, provide proper attribution. Confidential or proprietary information should not be shared without authorization.
Willingness to Learn
AI is a rapidly evolving field. Maintain a willingness to learn, challenge assumptions, and engage with new perspectives.
Uphold Privacy and Discretion
Respect the privacy of fellow participants. Non-public information shared within the Hub should remain within the community unless explicitly stated otherwise. Having said that, we cannot enforce what members might do outside of this forum, so please use discretion and limit sensitive and private information or reach out directly to members when appropriate.
Address Concerns Thoughtfully
If you encounter behavior that does not align with these guidelines or any post keeps from you from wanting to engage in the Hub, report it to a HOST or the MODERATOR. Ensuring a high-quality community experience is a shared responsibility.
Engage with Purpose
The Hub is a platform for professional growth, collaboration, and insightful discussion. Your contributions help shape a safe and engaged environment where meaningful connections and ideas can thrive. We want meaningful partnerships to evolve and thrive BUT this is not a place for unwanted solicitations–if you have products, services and offers you think will be useful to this community, please reach out to a HOST and we can strategize about where and how to make space for them.
Add to, Don’t Overwhelm, the Conversation
We encourage active participation, but we ask that members be mindful of the volume and frequency of their posts. Aim to prioritize quality over quantityby contributing insights that advance the conversation, rather than posting repetitively or sharing duplicate content. Before starting a new discussion or sharing an article, consider whether your contribution could be added to an existing thread or conversation. This helps maintain a focused, engaging experience for everyone.
